The Buyers Rebate Program

 

If you are currently looking to buy a home and are not currently represented by a buyers agent, my Buyers Rebate Program may just be what you are looking for.  If you are currently working with with or under contract with another agent, please do not review this program, as I am not trying to take a client away from another real estate agent.

Choosing the right buyers agent is critical to finding, negotiating, and getting the best home at the best price.  The tools that are currently available today on the internet and on this website, allow you to do a lot of the agents preliminary work for them.  I feel that if you make my job easier, why not give you a rebate of a portion of the commission on the home.

The internet is one of the best tools to start looking for a home.  You can now go on the internet and search for the current listings.  These tools were not available to the public a few short years ago.  The agents that use the internet to market their listings have a great advantage to those who do not.  Seeing the virtual tour of a home will allow you to get into the home without actually being there.  This saves you and your agent a great amount of time.  

It is always a business decision on how to price the goods or services that you sell.  Unfortunately for the public, a lot of Real Estate Broker/Owners are the ones that mandate commissions that must be charged.  That is not the case with my business.  The commission that I rebate are part of my full business plan.  I think it is very unique and very valuable to my clients. 

Buying a new home can be very expensive.  The down payment is not the only thing that you will need to bring to closing.  Closing costs and prepaids are items that will be collected at settlement as well.  Why not let an agent help you with the closing costs?  I offer a rebate of the sales price to my buyers.  This credit will be issued on the settlement sheet at closing.
